Guided session focusing on conscious breathing techniques to promote relaxation, stress relief, and mental clarity. Enhance your well-being through the power of breath. Our breath and bodywork sessions integrate evidence-based techniques to facilitate the release of stored trauma and promote neurophysiological balance. Through the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system, conscious breathing helps reduce cortisol levels, alleviating anxiety and depression symptoms. Simultaneously, targeted somatic interventions stimulate the body's innate healing mechanisms, enhancing circulation and supporting overall physical well-being. Experience the harmonization of your mind, body, and spirit through our integrative approach! Sessions start at $200 for 90 minutes, Additional time $200/hour to accommodate individual healing experiences
